Preface
The Heart in Hiding is a sequel to Hotel Golkonda. The person of the beloved comes to the fore in this book. The first book is about the site of love, this second about the beloved.
How does one know the beloved? Especially if the beloved is in hiding? Even the knower hides from the thing he wishes to know. Islam says:
If you seek Him
Be sure, He seeks you too.
Not so in human intercourse.
During my adolescence I was a child. Now in my adult life I'm adolescent. I've written this book about an adolescent for other adolescents.
Who knows, if ever, a poet turns adult!
